Yutashu is an editorial and community website for gay stories, adult fiction, erotic fiction, relationship experiences, reader submissions, and comments. Our Content & Safety Guidelines are part of these Terms.
4. Submissions and comments

Story submissions are also governed by the Submission Agreement. We may review, edit, label, reject, hide, or remove content at our discretion, but we are not required to publish or retain any submission.

Except for contributor-owned material and third-party content, Yutashu’s design, branding, original editorial material, and site code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to public pages and quote brief portions with attribution where legally permitted. You may not republish substantial content, scrape the site at scale, remove attribution, or create misleading copies without permission.
6. Third-party services and links
The site may link to or use services provided by other companies. We do not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. A link or sponsor acknowledgment does not mean we endorse every statement, product, or practice of that third party.
7. Disclaimers
Yutashu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, publication of submissions, or that every user statement is accurate. Personal stories express the contributor’s perspective and may be edited for privacy, clarity, and safety.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yutashu and its editors, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs arising from content you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
10. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features and may block access or remove content when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or policy enforcement. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
11. Governing rules
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding consumer protections that cannot be waived where you live. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms, together with the linked policies, form the agreement concerning use of the site.
