1. Eligibility and authority
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are legally able to enter this agreement, and own the submission or have all permissions needed to provide it. You must not submit material copied from another writer, confidential material you cannot disclose, or content generated to impersonate someone else.
2. Adults, consent, and privacy
Every person described in sexual content must be an adult. Real intimate experiences must be shared lawfully and with appropriate respect for the privacy and safety of others. Use a pen name and alter nonessential identifying details. You confirm that the submission complies with our Content & Safety Guidelines.
3. Your ownership
You keep the copyright in your original submission. Submitting does not transfer ownership to Yutashu.
4. License to Yutashu
If we accept your submission, you grant Yutashu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, edit, translate, format, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, archive, and promote the submitted work in connection with Yutashu, including excerpts and social or search previews. Because the license is non-exclusive, you may use or publish your work elsewhere.
5. Editorial permission
You authorize our team to edit for grammar, structure, length, readability, titles, categorization, content warnings, search presentation, legal risk, and privacy. We may change or remove identifying details. For substantial changes to the meaning of a personal story, we may seek your approval when practical. We may reject or remove a story at any stage and are not required to explain every decision.
6. Publication credit
Tell us whether you want your real name, a pen name, or “Anonymous” displayed. We will not intentionally publish your submission email address. You are responsible for choosing a byline that does not infringe another person’s identity or trademark.
7. Accuracy and disclosures
Personal stories should be truthful to your experience, subject to reasonable anonymization. Clearly label fiction as fiction. Tell us about material assistance from AI tools, prior publication, sponsorship, payment, or a conflict of interest that readers should know about.
8. Payment and exclusivity
Unless we agree otherwise in writing before publication, submissions are voluntary, unpaid, and non-exclusive. Submission does not guarantee review, acceptance, publication, promotion, or a specific response time.
9. Withdrawal and corrections
You may request withdrawal before publication. After publication, you may ask for a correction, anonymization, or removal; we will review the request but cannot promise complete removal from backups, search caches, quoted excerpts, or third-party archives. Rights already exercised before withdrawal are not retroactively canceled.
10. How to submit
Use the online submission form or email yutashu.gay@outlook.com. Do not send passwords, government identification, banking information, explicit photographs, or unnecessary private records.
